Continuing Education Classes
Dr. Bearjar and staff has recently completed the annual spring OSHA Compliance Training. Reviewed were the compliance manuals published by the ADA and the WDA.
All staff members were present to discuss the safest, most effective sterilization methods, the use of personal protective equipment, the safe handling of contaminated waste, record keeping, housekeeping and the communication of hazards.
On April 10, 2014, Dr. Bearjar and staff have recertified with the American Red Cross in CPR. The class also included re-training of the AED (automated external defibrillator).
Dr. Bearjar and staff attended a practice enrichment course September 12, 2014 presented by McKenzie Management, “Happiness is a Work Ethic: Train Your Brain” Academy of General Dentistry.
